'Tell Your Story' is a free online program designed specifically for Arabic speaking people with a refugee or asylum seeker background. 

In 'Tell Your Story', you will be taken through twelve online chapters with videos and information about stress. 

You can read and hear advice from other people with a refugee background about what they found useful when dealing with stressful life events. 

You can access the program privately, on your phone or a computer at times that suit you. The whole program is in Arabic.

في احكي قصتك، سيتم نقلك من خلال ١٢ فصلاً عبر الإنترنت مع مقاطع فيديو ومعلومات حول التوتر

يمكنك قراءة والاستماع إلى نصائح من أشخاص آخرين من خلفية لاجئين حول ما وجدوه مفيدًا عند التعامل مع أحداث الحياة المجهدة. يمكنك الدخول إلى البرنامج بشكل خاص، على هاتفك أو جهاز كمبيوتر في الوقت الذي يناسبك
