Stephanie Murphy

Stephanie is a casual Research Officer and psychologist who currently assists in the Pathways to Refugee Wellbeing: Intervention Project.

She joined RTRP as a research assistant in 2020 and became a project manager of two projects - the RTRP Treatment Program for PTSD and the Refugee Adjustment Study. In 2023, she became the project officer of the Project Researching the Impact of Separated and Missing (PRISM) Family study. Other RTRP projects she has assisted on include the Afghan Coaching Study and the Moral Injury Trial.

Stephanie is a psychologist, specialising in organisational psychology, interested in the workplace and how to support people to do their best work and achieve organisational goals.
