Sarah Funnell

Sarah is a Clinical Psychologist at the Refugee Trauma and Recovery Program, working on the RTRP Treatment Program for PTSD. Sarah completed her BPsych (Hons) and Master of Psychology (Clinical) at the University of Adelaide. She has also completed a Graduate Certificate in Remote Health Practice at Flinders University. Sarah is a member of the Australia Psychological Society and is a Board-approved supervisor.  

Sarah has substantial experience in public hospital settings, and providing individual therapy to adults experiencing a wide range of difficulties. Sarah has a focus on high-quality patient-centered care. She has special interests in complex mental health, especially working with survivors of trauma and with those that face concurrent medical and psychological difficulties. In addition to clinical work, Sarah has published research in an array of different areas.
